The film was primarily made in the language and was simultaneously dubbed and released in Telugu as Dandupalyam 4 . In a unique move, the film was also partially reshot in Tamil under the same title Dandupalyam , but featured a slightly different cast including Sonia Agarwal , Vanitha Vijayakumar , Supergood Subramani, and Birla Bose. The Tamil version, which also incorporated scenes from the previous films of the franchise, was released much later on June 7, 2024 .
