After losing his job as a guard, betraying Michael Scofield, and botching the escape of several fugitives, Bellick was arrested in Panama for the murder of an FBI agent (a crime he didn’t commit, set up by Alexander Mahone).
As Sona burns to the ground, the guards lose complete control of the perimeter. T-Bag famously screams to the inmates, "They can't shoot us all, run!"
