EKA2L1 is a high-level Symbian OS emulator written in C++17. Unlike low-level emulators that simulate every piece of hardware, EKA2L1 mimics the Symbian kernel and critical app servers, allowing it to run software designed for different Symbian versions with relatively high efficiency.
(also known as "EKA2 L1") is an open-source emulator for Symbian OS (versions 6.0 through 9.4) and the N-Gage platform. It is named after the Symbian kernel architecture (EKA2) and its Level 1 (L1) execution model.
