Fix: The theme file is likely corrupted or incompatible. The safest way to recover is to reboot your PSP. If the system crashes instantly upon boot, you can hold the R trigger while powering on to enter the Recovery Menu. From there, go to Advanced → Advanced Configuration and set "XMB plugins" to "Disabled" . This will deactivate CXMB and allow you to boot normally and delete or change the problematic theme.
