Employees with valid clock-in/out records are shown as absent. Solution: Check time segment settings to ensure the attendance record falls within the configured sign-in/out time windows. If a sign-out window is set from 17:00–18:00 but the employee‘s clock-out time is 16:30, the system treats this as invalid and may classify it as absence.
